A Journey into Self-Love and Transformation
Retreat, Neo Chorio, Cyprus, March 15 – 22, 2026
Join us for a transformative retreat in the heart of Cyprus, where the beauty of nature and the ancient story of Aphrodite will guide you into a deeper connection with yourself. Through nature walks, deep reflections, and personal sessions, we will explore the essence of Love – especially Self-Love – and learn to embrace all aspects of ourselves, including the parts we hide in shame or fear. This retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself, to accept and love every part of your being.
Themes of the retreat:
• Self-Love: Fully love yourself – embracing your unique qualities and finding a deep connection with your own essence. This is about honoring yourself as you are and allowing love to flow freely from within.
• Embracing the Darkness: Learn how to meet and accept the parts of yourself that you fear, shame, or have pushed away, and allow them to be fully integrated with compassion.
• Non-Practice: Cultivate awareness by being present in the now moment, creating space for transformation with the supportive presence of nature.
The Program:
March 15: Arrival and Welcome
March 16 – Day 1: Botanical Garden and Baths of Aphrodite at the coast of the Akamas Peninsula.
March 17 – Day 2: Aphrodite Nature Trail in Akama National Forest Park.
March 18 – Day 3: Kremiotis Waterfalls.
March 19 – Day 4: Free time for integration, swimming, walking or personal sessions.
March 20 – Day 5: Kalidonia Waterfall, Trail around Mount Olympus with a 500 year-old pine tree.
March 21 – Day 6: Avacas Gorge and Petra tou Romiou (Birthplace of Aphrodite according to Greek mythology).
March 22: Departure
Practical Information:
Retreat Price:
• Early Bird Price: 600 € (Until November 30, 2025)
• Regular Price: 700 €
To reserve your place, a 100 € non-refundable deposit is required.
The number of participants is limited to 15.
We will go on short hikes in moderately easy terrain, including forest paths and rocks. The hikes are manageable for anyone with a basic level of physical condition.
The price includes:
• Visits to beautiful spots in nature, with gentle guidance to connect with these sacred places to unlock your yet unrealized potentials and connect more deeply with yourself.
• Opportunities for deep reflection, integration and transformation in a safe space.
The price does not include:
• Travelling costs
• Accommodation, meals
• Car rental
• Personal sessions with Natalia or Gregor (optionally)

Hut for 2
(2 single beds)
• 2 people sharing – 317 € per person
• 1 person (private use of hut for 2) – 452 € per person
Hut for 4
(2 single beds + 1 double bed)
• 4 people sharing – 272 € per person
• 3 people sharing – 302 € per person
• 2 people sharing – 362 € per person
• 1 person (private use of hut for 4) – 542 € per person
Vegetarian breakfasts, takeaway lunch (sandwiches) and dinners are included in the price. The meals will be prepared especially for us.
Showers and toilets are located in a separate building.
Please let us know which accommodation option you would like at Aphrodite Family Eco Camping, and we will take care of all the details.
If you prefer to stay in a hotel, there are several options nearby (Neo Chorio). You won’t need to rent a car separately – we can arrange to pick you up.
Travel:
We recommend flying into Paphos and renting a car (approx. 1 hour drive to the accommodation).
We will meet online before the retreat to discuss travel arrangements, including car rental and shared fuel costs.
We visited Cyprus in March to explore spots in nature for the retreat, and we discovered truly beautiful places. The average daytime temperature by the sea was around 23°C – perfect for enjoying nature without the summer crowds and heat. Since it’s not the high season, travel and car rental costs are very low.
The retreat will be held in English and translated into Polish.
